LF Ops (operations.leaderfactor.com) is LeaderFactor’s internal operations platform. It is used by LeaderFactor employees to run the company’s events, marketing analytics, and customer operations. It is not a consumer product and offers no public accounts.
Information we collect
Sign-in identity. Employees sign in with their LeaderFactor Google Workspace account. We receive the account’s name and email address to establish who is acting in the system; no password is ever seen or stored by LF Ops.
Marketing analytics. The platform ingests aggregate performance metrics for LeaderFactor’s own content — podcast downloads, website sessions, video views and watch time, and email engagement counts — from Google Analytics, YouTube, Transistor, and HubSpot. These are counts and totals about LeaderFactor’s channels, not profiles of individuals.
Customer records. LeaderFactor’s customer contact information lives in HubSpot, not in LF Ops. LF Ops stores anonymous identifiers and business events (such as event registrations); when an employee views a person’s details, they are fetched live from HubSpot and are not retained here.
Google user data and YouTube
LF Ops uses YouTube API Services to read analytics for LeaderFactor’s own YouTube channel, authorized once by the channel’s owner. The data retrieved is channel and video performance metrics (views, watch time, subscriber counts), stored as daily aggregate numbers. LF Ops’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See also the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke LF Ops’ access at any time via your Google security settings.
How information is used and shared
Data in LF Ops is used only to operate LeaderFactor’s business: running events, understanding content performance, and serving customers. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the platform (Vercel, Supabase, DigitalOcean), which process it on our behalf. Advertising use: none.
Retention and deletion
Aggregate metrics are retained to preserve historical baselines. Because customer contact details live in HubSpot rather than LF Ops, honoring a deletion request in HubSpot removes the personal information; LF Ops’ anonymous identifiers cannot be traced back to a person without it. Employees’ access ends when their Google Workspace account is removed.
